- The organization is a hoax [1]. Either revise it to discuss the hoax, or delete it. --Slowking Man 06:07, Oct 29, 2004 (UTC)
- I agree that the article is not very well-written. It discloses the fact that the organization named is a hoax, but not very clearly. Nevertheless, I think in its current form it is still worth a Keep. (I will also point out that this article would probably never have been submitted to VfD except for 216.153.214.94's quite blatant and juvenile harassment campaign where he goes so far as to unfix things for no better reason than that I was the one who fixed them.) -- Antaeus Feldspar 07:02, 29 Oct 2004 (UTC)

- I rewrote the article somewhat with what knowledge I have of the issue, but it's still not enough. I say Keep anyway, but someone should really fix it up somewhat. Also, if it is to be kept, it should be moved to the more accurate (capitalization-wise) page title of Mothers Against Videogame Addiction and Violence. - Vague Rant 07:12, Oct 29, 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. The subject deserves a page because of its notoriety, and the rewrite has improved it a lot. Kappa 12:35, 29 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. A hoax created as part of an assignment? Not notable! --Improv 15:40, 29 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- Well, just being a hoax created as part of an assignment doesn't make it notable. But few such hoaxes get covered by CNN because so many people believed them. -- Antaeus Feldspar 16:19, 29 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- Keep It's a very interesting example of a deliberate media hoax that was widely propagated, and the aftermath when it was revealed. -- The Anome 17:36, Oct 29, 2004 (UTC)
- Keep as a notable hoax —siroχo 00:56, Oct 30, 2004 (UTC)
